Cancellation and Payment Policies

We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. Barring emergencies, we will be ready to see you at your scheduled time. We do not double book or over book our schedules. Because of this, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible should you need to change an appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation without notice (no-show) or within 24 hours will require payment in full.  

We do not accept insurance; we will provide you with a receipt with the information needed to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

There is a $50 charge for returned checks.
